Family Medicine Physician

Location: Al Ain, UAE
Salary: AED 25,000 – AED 30,000 per month
License: Valid DOH License Required

We are seeking a qualified Family Medicine Physician in Al Ain. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical assessment, treatment, and ongoing clinical management for patients receiving rehabilitation and healthcare services in their homes.

The role requires a valid DOH license, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary home healthcare and rehabilitation team.

Requirements

• Valid DOH license is mandatory.
  

• Relevant qualification/specialization in Family Medicine.
  

• Relevant clinical experience in Family Medicine.
  

• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  

• Ability to provide patient-centered care in a home healthcare environment.
  

• Previous home healthcare or rehabilitation experience is an advantage.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for patients receiving home rehabilitation services.
  

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within the scope of Family Medicine.
  

• Develop individualized treatment and care plans based on each patients medical and rehabilitation needs.
  

• Conduct scheduled home visits and provide appropriate follow-up care.
  

• Monitor patients clinical condition, treatment response, and overall progress.
  

• Manage medications and provide appropriate prescriptions within the physicians scope of practice.
  

• Identify changes in patients conditions and arrange referrals or escalation of care when required.
  

• Coordinate with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  

• Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and ongoing health management.
  

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
  

• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with applicable DOH requirements and organizational.
