Position: Beautician-All Rounder

Micah Solutions is hiring for a well-established beauty and wellness company that is dedicated to providing high-quality services based in Al Ain. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Beautician-All Rounder to join on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments manicures, pedicures, waxing, eyebrows threading, massage and facials.
• Consult with clients to determine their individual beauty needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve service offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Promote and sell beauty products to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist with daily tasks such as laundry, inventory management, and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the salon
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Beautician or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and techniques
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy is a plus
• Must adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
