Bbq Specialist "URGENT HIRING"

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and well experienced BBQ Specialist in our top class and well known Restaurant. who can prepare and grill a variety of BBQ items while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, marinate, season, and grill various BBQ items.
  
• Operate and maintain BBQ grills and related cooking equipment.
  
• Ensure proper cooking temperatures and food quality.
  
• Prepare sauces, marinades, and BBQ accompaniments.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the BBQ preparation area.
  
• Monitor food stock and inform the supervisor about shortages.
  
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  
• Ensure consistent taste, portion size, and presentation.
  
• Work efficiently during busy service periods.
  
• Minimize food waste and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
  

• Previous experience as a BBQ Specialist, BBQ Chef, Grill Chef, or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of grilling and BBQ cooking techniques.
  
• Ability to prepare different types of meat, chicken, seafood, and vegetables.
  
• Knowledge of marinades, seasoning, and BBQ sauces.
  
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
  
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
  
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  
• Relevant culinary training or certification is an advantage.
