Job Summary

We are hiring Arabic-speaking Male Receptionists for a luxury resort/hotel in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent Arabic and English speaking skills, good computer knowledge, a professional appearance, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests professionally.
  
• Handle guest enquiries, calls, and basic front-desk requests.
  
• Provide information about hotel/resort facilities and services.
  
• Manage basic guest records, data entry, and reception documentation.
  
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments.
  
• Maintain a professional and organised reception area.
  
• Communicate confidently with guests in Arabic and English.
  
• Provide a high standard of customer service.
  

Requirements
