JOB DESCRIPTION — ARABIC CHEF

URGENT HIRING

Job Summary

We are urgently seeking an experienced Male Arabic Chef for a leading high-luxury resort hotel in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and overseeing high-quality Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine while maintaining excellent standards of taste, presentation, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes.
  

• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation.
  

• Supervise food preparation and ensure recipes and standards are followed.
  

• Organize daily mise en place and kitchen workflow.
  

• Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
  

• Maintain high food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  

• Control food waste and support efficient use of ingredients.
  

• Coordinate effectively with the culinary and service teams.
  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  

• Ensure dishes meet the presentation standards of a luxury resort hotel.
  

Requirements

• Male candidate.
  

• Proven experience as an Arabic Chef in a professional kitchen.
  

• Strong expertise in Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.
  

• Hotel, resort, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
  

• Excellent knowledge of Arabic food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
  

• Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation standards.
  

• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
  

• Strong kitchen organization and time-management skills.
  

• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
  

• Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  

• Luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.
