Telesales Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Handle and follow up on leads generated through company marketing campaigns and property portals.
• Understand clients' requirements, budget, preferred location, and investment objectives.
• Present suitable off-plan and ready properties in Sharjah.
• Explain property features, payment plans, prices, locations, and investment opportunities clearly.
• Qualify leads and convert prospects into property viewings and meetings.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and existing leads.
• Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on new projects, market developments, prices, payment plans, and available inventory.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate telesales or sales is preferred.
• Candidates with strong telesales experience from other industries may also apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Sharjah real estate market is an advantage.
• UAE real estate experience is preferred.
• Candidates who are immediately available will be given preference.
