Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator to carry out fabrication, assembly, and fitting of structural steel components as per drawings and specifications. The candidate must have hands-on experience in workshop fabrication and site support works.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists
• Perform fabrication of mild steel (MS) and stainless steel (SS) components
• Cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting of steel members
• Marking and layout of materials as per dimensions
• Assembly of structural elements such as beams, columns, frames, and supports
• Operate fabrication tools and machines safely (cutting torch, grinder, drill, etc.)
• Ensure proper alignment, level, and dimensional accuracy
• Coordinate with welders and supervisors during fabrication and erection
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in steel fabrication
• Experience in structural steel works (workshop and site)
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
• Familiar with MS and basic SS fabrication
• Knowledge of cutting methods (gas cutting preferred)
• Physically fit and able to work in workshop/site conditions

Preferred Skills

• Experience in laser-cut parts assembly
• Basic welding knowledge (tack welding advantage)
• Experience in UAE/GCC projects
