We are looking for a well-experienced Stainless Steel Welder cum Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in stainless steel fabrication and welding and should be able to independently handle fabrication works according to drawings and site requirements.

The candidate should have good knowledge and experience in the following areas: 

Required Skills & Experience

The candidate should have strong practical experience in stainless steel welding and fabrication, with good attention to detail and finishing quality.

The candidate should be able to:

• Carry out stainless steel cutting, bending, fitting, and fabrication as per drawings and site requirements.
• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel with clean and consistent welds.
• Produce neat welds without excessive dips, burn marks, porosity, distortion, or discoloration.
• Understand proper welding techniques to minimize heat distortion and heat marks on stainless steel.
• Carry out proper grinding, polishing, brushing, and finishing after welding.
• Have good knowledge of different stainless steel finishes, including brushed, satin, and polished finishes.
• Maintain the same grain direction throughout the finished surface, particularly for visible and decorative items.
• Read and understand fabrication drawings, dimensions, and measurements.
• Fabricate different stainless steel items such as kitchen tables, exhaust hoods, façade details, plant platforms, pool ladders, decorative trims, access covers, frames, and other custom-fabricated items.
• Be capable of working with different stainless steel grades, particularly SS304 and SS316/316L.
• Take accurate measurements and ensure proper alignment, squareness, dimensions, and finishing quality.
• Work independently and complete fabrication jobs according to the required quality, drawings, and project timelines.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship, particularly for architectural and visible stainless steel finishes.
