Job description:

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of all responsibility for Ajman Showroom
• Develop and implement strategies to develop Sales and Marketing
• Prepare reports and Presentations, periodically to show performance and KPI target tracking.
• Collaborate with other departments, across but not limited to Sales, HR, Finance (AR), Audit, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards within the showroom.
• This role will report to the regional Showroom Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering or similar (Preferable)
• 5 – 8 years of experience in showroom operations, HVAC related sales or Business Development
• Strong understanding of product and market knowledge within the HVAC/MEP sector
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in basic Technical/Mechanical knowledge
• Understanding of SAP systems (Beneficial)
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English, and Hindi
• Full UAE Driving License (Must have)
