Sales Representative

🔹 Job Overview

ALSILA FOODS LLC, a fast-growing FMCG company, is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our food products across retail outlets in the UAE market, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Visit retail outlets and introduce our products, offers, and promotions.
2. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure consistent sales growth.
3. Identify and approach new retail clients to expand the company’s market presence.
4. Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock levels at retail outlets.
5. Collect market feedback, competitor updates, and customer insights for reporting.
6. Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
7. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
8. Maintain daily sales records and submit reports to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.

🔹 Requirements

1. Education: Higher Secondary Education (minimum).
2. Valid UAE motorcycle or car driving license is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills, especially in Hindi (knowledge of English, Arabic & Bengali is an advantage).
4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
6. Familiar with UAE market routes and retail operations will be an added advantage.

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 1,500 per month
• Plus: Sales Commission & Performance Incentives
• Accommodation Allowance: Provided
• Holiday: Sunday
• Working Hours:
• Morning: 8:45 AM – 1:00 PM
• Evening: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM
