Job Description

Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for handling customers, generating sales, and achieving assigned monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email)
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics for order fulfillment
  • Update all leads, activities, and sales in the system (CRM/Flowlu)
  • Follow up on payments and customer satisfaction after delivery

Performance Targets

  • Monthly sales target as assigned by management
  • Daily activity targets (calls, follow-ups, quotations)
  • Conversion of leads to confirmed orders

Visa & Employment Condition

  • The Sales Executive must be on their own visa (self-sponsored)
  • No visa sponsorship provided by the company at this stage
