Job Description

looking for Sales & Distribution Representatives based in Ajman, Dubai, and Sharjah. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and distributing our traditional confectionery products (sesame candy, peanut candy, Turkish delight, layered sweets) across retail stores, groceries, and supermarkets within these Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively promote and sell company products to retail outlets, groceries, supermarkets, and malls.
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer network within assigned areas.
  • Coordinate product delivery, merchandising, and payment collection.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report market feedback.
  • Support marketing activities and product displays at retail points and shopping malls.

Requirements:
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales and distribution experience, preferably in confectionery or food products.
  • Strong relationships with retail stores and supermarkets in the UAE.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE market routes and distribution processes.
