Recruitment Executive

Description

Al Mashaan General Trading & General Contracting for Buildings Co. is seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources & Administration department in UAE, Ajman.

As a Recruitment Executive, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding successful candidates. You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand workforce requirements, source qualified candidates through multiple channels, and ensure a seamless and professional hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates that meet position requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role specifications
• Maintain and update recruitment records, candidate databases, and tracking systems
• Assist in preparing employment offers and communicating outcomes to candidates
• Support the onboarding process for newly hired employees
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for future hiring needs

Requirements

• Associate-level experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a related administrative role
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
