Real Estate - Client Advisor Agent

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to sell plots, apartments, and freehold properties across Sharjah and Ajman. Candidates should have UAE real estate sales experience, a valid UAE driving license, and the ambition to succeed in a high-earning, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Sell plots, apartments, and freehold properties to clients across Sharjah and Ajman.
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Present property offerings professionally and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and ensure compliance with UAE property regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of UAE real estate sales experience (plots, apartments, or brokerage).
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a multi-cultural team environment.
