JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a professional Personal Secretary to the Managing Director to provide administrative and executive support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communications. Candidates must have relevant experience and be currently available in the UAE.

Responsibilities

·        Manage the Managing Director’s Calendar & Appointments

·        Coordinate internal and external meetings

·        Master’s Degree in relevant field

·        Min. 2+ years of UAE experience in a similar role

·        Must be currently available in UAE
