Key Responsibilities:

Handle general office tasks, help MD with their tasks
•
Maintain and organize office files and documents
•
Assist in handling emails, calls, and correspondence
•
Support staff with day-to-day operational needs
•
Manage office supplies and ensure availability
•
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
•
Perform basic data entry and record-keeping
•
Ensure the office environment is clean and well-organized
Requirements:
•
Minimum high school diploma or graduate preferred
•
1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
•
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
•
Good communication and organizational skills
•
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
