الهدف العام للوظيفة
التأكد من مطابقة مواصفات المباني للتصاميم المعتمدة لها
المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية
- رصد المشكلات الخاصة بشركات المقاولات ومكاتب الاستشارات
- مراجعة نسب إنجاز الأعمال الإنشائية والمعمارية
- التأكد من تنفيذ الاعمال الإنشائية والمعمارية حسب المخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة
- استلام واعتماد بنود الأعمال الإنشائية والمعمارية
- تقييم حالة المباني الموجودة في الإمارة عند الطلب، ورفع التوصيات بخصوص الصيانة أو الإزالة
- القيام بأية مهام أخرى ذات صلة بالوظيفة وفق ما تفتضيه حاجة العمل
