Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic CFO / Head of Finance to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, credit management, and regulatory compliance, preferably within the commodity trading or foodstuff industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage credit facilities, banking relationships, and cash flow
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Monitor receivables and payables to optimize working capital
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and regulatory standards
• Support procurement, commercial, and sales teams with financial insights
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance roles
• Industry experience in commodity trading or foodstuff is a plus
• Strong expertise in credit management, budgeting, and treasury
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance preferred
