JOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & JOB CONTENT


  • Understanding business processes and contributing to solutions for corporate ERP users.
  • Work on IT tickets raised by businesses towards resolution within the established SLA, ensuring respective root cause analysis and permanent solutions.
  • Develop and maintain forms, reports, alerts, workflows, and other technical areas
  • Provide technical consulting and leadership in identifying and implementing new technologies to assist business users
  • Actively participating in system design sessions, configurations, UAT, and go-live efforts
  • Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of F&O and related software applications
  • Modifying existing programs, conducting code reviews, and writing new programs conforming to F&O best practices and standards
  • Provide technical support in Dynamics AX, maintenance & administration of AX application and DB
  • Good technical and functional understanding of Dynamics F&O and programming skills, SSRS reports.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing system defects and performance issues in the Dynamics Application
  • MS code deployment
  • Managing the team of resources whether in-house or outsourced.
  • Capable of taking business requirements through development and successful final deployment
  • A strong member of the Real Estate and Financial Service team understands and communicating system specifications, configurations, and software.
  • A collaborative team player who communicates and enjoys researching, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to provide innovative solutions to internal and external users.
  • Focus on continuous learning and development of business solutions, particularly the technical aspects of F&O and bringing new ideas to the workplace.
  • Good understanding on developing API integrations using dot net if required.
  • Ability to read and extract the core of the query written by the other developer.


Competencies

  • Bachelor’s in computer science
  • 8+ years of experience working with ERP systems, specifically in D365F&O implementation and support experience
  • Experience and Knowledge about LCS
  • Expertise with the RDMS, specifically MS SQL server domain experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills within functional and technical areas with a keen focus on root cause analysis
