Job Description

PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records, processing information efficiently, and supporting administrative operations through reliable data entry and document management.

Responsibilities

Data Entry & Record Processing

  • Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems accurately
  • Review documents and records for completeness and accuracy before processing
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation systems
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Administrative Support

  • Assist with routine clerical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents
  • Support teams with data retrieval and record management requests
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation procedures

Quality Control & Accuracy

  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or inconsistencies promptly
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records of completed entries and updates
  • Follow company standards and procedures for data management

Systems & Workflow Support

  • Use spreadsheets, databases, and administrative tools effectively
  • Assist in improving workflows and operational efficiency related to data processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across systems
  • Support process improvement initiatives and documentation updates

Requirements

About the Ideal Candidate

1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Basic analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or data management systems is a plus

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or similar tools

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
