A Business Development Executive is a key player within any organization, tasked with driving new business and fostering growth opportunities. This position requires an enterprising and motivated individual who can assess and manage business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help the business grow. In this role, the Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business prospects through market research, developing and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure company growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business sales opportunities by analyzing market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure continuous partnership.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate innovative sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of products or services.
  • Conduct competitive market research to understand industry trends and identify business potential.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to generate leads and expand market presence.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate terms with prospective clients to close deals successfully.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of promotional strategies.
  • Track sales performance and analyze metrics to report on target achievements and future projections.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management on sales activity and market challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, standards, and procedures to achieve company goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and business deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in business development or sales is essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage complex client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales statistics and market trends.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong self-motivation.


UAE Driving license is advantage.
