Architect

We are seeking an Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in architectural design, authority approvals, and site coordination for medium to high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead architectural design and documentation for  projects and below.

-Coordinate with authorities  for timely approvals.

-Oversee compliance with local building regulations and codes.

-Supervise and review shop drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.

-Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors from concept to completion.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).

-Minimum 3-5 years of experience

-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools.

-Strong communication and project management skills.
