BK Gulf LLC is looking for a Plant Manager with experience in project machinery and vehicle plants to oversee the operations and management of our plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the plant runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high quality standards.

Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement plant policies and procedures to ensure optimal plant performance
• Oversee plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety
• Manage plant budget and resources effectively to meet production goals
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance plant efficiency and productivity
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Plant Manager in a project machinery and vehicle plant
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, machinery, and equipment
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions to ensure plant efficiency and quality
