Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Workshop Supervisor to lead our team of technicians and ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-quality operation of our automotive workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high performance and safety standards.

• Lead, guide, and support a team of technicians to ensure efficient workshop operations.

• Assign daily tasks, prioritize work orders, and manage workflow to meet deadlines.

• Monitor and review ongoing and completed work to maintain high-quality standards.

• Provide technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex automotive performance issues.

• Enforce and promote safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Continuously assess workshop processes and implement improvements for better efficiency and productivity.

• Train, mentor, and motivate workshop staff to foster a positive working culture.

• Prepare reports, documentation, and updates on workshop performance and activities.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the department manager.
