Job Description
- Position: Watchman
- Work Location: Abu Dhabi
- Salary : 1200-1300 AED
- - Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access or potential security threats
- - Conduct regular checks of all security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarms
- - Respond to any security incidents or emergencies, and report them to the appropriate authorities
- - Perform maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and cleaning to ensure the facility is well-maintained
- - Keep accurate records of all maintenance and security activities
- - Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures
- - Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any security or maintenance concerns
- - Attend training sessions to stay updated on security and maintenance best practices
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- - Valid security license and knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- - Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks and experience with hand and power tools
- - Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- - Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
- - Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks as needed
- - Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
- - Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
