What will you be doing at MBRF?
Daily control the direct cost of the products and ensure compliance with the target cost.
Implement the control chart necessary to assure the control of the direct cost of the products
Provide detailed analysis of yield and losses, as well as each line impact in the overall result
Assure that the bills of materials are in accordance with the processes.
Analyze the BOM deviation results and support on the actions
Inventory: assure that the stocks are correct.
Anomaly Reports preparation for abnormal losses
Assist the R&D team to implement new processes and products in the production line.
Support the warehouse Inventory process & monitor the stocks movement.
Support the Periodic Cycle counts & ensure accuracy in Stocks.
Warehouse operations Productivity & process efficiencies.
Ensure the proper cost rating per line and the correct UEP index.
Define the capacities production lines.
Implement improvements for stoppages reduction
Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
Solid knowledge of inventory control.
Excellent understanding and application of yield, losses and rework concepts.
Good understanding of FMCG production process.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (advance level of Excel and Power Point, and solid user skills of other modules).
Good understanding & application of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the company operations more productive while maintaining quality standards.
Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels in the organization and represent the area in a professional manner.
Good communication skills

Planning & coordination with team members
Trustworthy and with high level of professional integrity
Graduate in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering or any related areas.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production area, preferably FMCG;
1-3 years of experience with production KPIs (Productivity, Efficiency, Inventroy ,Yield, Formulation)
English: Business proficiency

Inventory & Cost Management – Strong knowledge of inventory control, direct cost management, stock accuracy, warehouse processes, and production cost optimization.
Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving – Application of PDCA, Cause & Effect Analysis, and root-cause methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce losses, and optimize production performance.
Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, Planning, Logistics, R&D, Procurement, HR, and Management teams to achieve operational objectives.
