Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, guest service, food and beverage service, and dining assistance while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

The Waiter / Waitress will greet guests, take food and beverage orders, serve meals and drinks, maintain clean dining areas, and coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure smooth and efficient service. This position is suitable for candidates with experience as a Restaurant Waiter, Waitress, Food Server, F&B Attendant, Restaurant Server, or Hospitality Service Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Provide efficient restaurant table service while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Serve food, beverages, desserts, and other menu items according to established hospitality standards.
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and available food and beverage options when required.
• Handle guest questions, special requests, and service concerns professionally.
• Promote a positive dining experience and contribute to overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, hospitality procedures, and food and beverage service standards.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Restaurant Server, Food Server, F&B Attendant, or Hospitality Service Staff is preferred.
• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, resort, catering, or other hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and basic restaurant operations.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Professional attitude, reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of basic food hygiene and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a restaurant or hospitality team.
