Job Description

Job Summary

At The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi, we are looking for a polished and service-driven Waiter / Waitress to deliver attentive, personalized, and seamless dining experiences for our members and guests. The role requires genuine hospitality, strong product knowledge, and an intuitive approach to service while consistently reflecting the distinctive standards of the Club.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized table service throughout the member and guest dining experience.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while accommodating preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages, and daily offerings to provide confident recommendations.
• Anticipate member and guest needs, ensuring timely service and discreet attention throughout the dining experience.
• Prepare and maintain tables, service stations, and dining areas to consistently high presentation standards.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Bar, and F&B colleagues to ensure accurate and seamless service delivery.
• Process bills and payments accurately in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and Club service standards at all times.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Relevant qualification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage is preferred.
• 1–2 years of waiting or Food & Beverage service experience, preferably within a private members club, luxury dining, or premium hospitality environment.
• Refined communication and interpersonal skills with a strong member-focused approach.
• Good knowledge of food, beverages, service etiquette, and dining standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate preferences and personalize service.
• Professional, discreet, and culturally aware when engaging with a diverse membership.
• Agile and composed with the ability to maintain service excellence during busy periods.
