Waiter - Pierre Hermé

Job Purpose

The Waiter is responsible for supervising waiters, waitresses, and runners in designated sections, as well as serving customers to ensure their needs are met with high-quality service in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange table settings before and after each customer in accordance with the brands established standards.
• Greet customers upon arrival, present the menu, assist in selecting items by demonstrating menu knowledge, take orders, and serve food promptly.
• Efficiently communicate with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure customer satisfaction, while collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all activities.
• Ensure staff consistently provides friendly, professional, and timely service, promptly reporting any discrepancies or customer complaints to the manager on duty.
• Collect bill payments from customers and promptly deliver them to the cashier.

Job Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• High school degree.
• Zero to two years of experience in a similar role.
