Responsibilities

• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and upkeep procedures.
• Utilize visual merchandising software and tools to create display layouts.
• Travel to multiple store locations to implement and oversee visual plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies affecting displays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar retail role.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, visual composition, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy products and display materials as needed.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours for display setups and events.
