Job Description

• Deliver food, beverages, and guest amenities promptly and accurately to beach guests.
• Assist guests with setting up sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and other beach equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area, including sunbeds, tables, walkways, and service stations.
• Ensure all guest requests are attended to promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food & Beverage team by coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor beach inventory, including towels, amenities, and service equipment, and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Collect used service items, glassware, and waste from the beach area while maintaining cleanliness throughout the day.
• Observe and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, health and safety regulations, and service procedures.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and perform other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a fine dining, or luxury hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality
• Proficiency in English. Additional language skills are a plus
• Food Safety and Hygiene certifications
• Knowledge of wine and food pairing principles
• Excellent memory and attention to detail
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
• Demonstrable experience in handling high-value transactions and maintaining discretion
• Previous experience in hospitality, Food & Beverage, or beach/pool operations is an advantage.
• Primarily works outdoors in beach environments.
