The Role
As Vice Principal, you will work closely with the Principal to lead school-wide improvement, uphold our high academic and pastoral standards, and champion a culture where every student is supported to reach their full potential. You will play a pivotal role in curriculum leadership, staff development, and the day-to-day operational excellence of the school.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership or a Postgraduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree supported by a recognised CPD qualification in educational or organisational leadership (e.g. NPQSL or equivalent)

Experience
Minimum 6 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in the English National Curriculum, IGCSEs, and A Levels
UAE or international school experience is a distinct advantage

· Excellent English communication skills (bilingual candidates are preferred).

· Strong knowledge of ADEK regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.

· Experienced in data analysis, using evidence to inform decision-making and drive school improvement.

· Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills, with the ability to lead change effectively.
