Job Description

Develop and execute marketing strategies for SMB Segment and marketing new products and services to the SMB Segment. Responsible for developing the long-term vision and leads on the overall marketing strategy for new initiatives that improve customer value and company value.

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing new propositions, products, services and solutions for the SMB Segment across Mobile, Fixed, Broadband and Convergence which are correctly positioned and optimized for the target audience.

  • Develop sound business cases and Go To Market strategies and tactics to attain revenue goals
  • Responsible for acquisition and demand generation activities across all the touch points and channels for the SMB Segment
  • Oversee all activities for marketing & planning and to spearhead SMB Eco-system across all channels towards a higher rate of growth, stability and profitability consistent with the overall long-range plans and business strategy
  • Responsible for implementation plan of all marketing projects in the SMB Sales Segment Roadmap
  • Identify, develop and lead customer value management – acquisition, development, retention and reactivation and retention programs to drive profitable growth for the SMB Segment
  • Diversify portfolio to add new revenue streams
  • Overall responsibility for Departmental Budgets proposals and providing recommendations
  • Provide the Brand & Communication and PR team the overall strategic objectives and Key KPI for the SMB Segment and oversee the PR strategies and Marketing communication strategies for the Marketing Segment
  • Provide leadership and creative thinking to the analysis of market trends, data and the identification of new market opportunities in the UAE market
  • Create useful, usable and desirable experiences for the SMB Segment across all touch points
  • Provide top management with required analysis to improve decision-making process and highlight improvement potential areas
  • Communicate effectively with other internal/external departments and other major stakeholders to ensure that processes are up to date and consistent with management objectives
  • Conduct regular internal meeting to ensure full team alignment as well as addressing all staff concerns
  • Lead and manage a highly engaged, committed, and motivated team that is in alignment with Etisalat corporate strategic direction
  • Provide career development plans for subordinates and identifies training needs for progress

Qualifications

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent

Experience Required

8-10 years of experience in a leading role with working knowledge of relevant market, clients, products and services in a large multinational telco, retail or technology organization

Experience Desired

Sales & Marketing experience
