Job Description

The Clinical Innovation Division is dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery through the development

and implementation of innovative clinical programs, and technologies.

This division focuses on improving patient outcomes, optimizing care processes, and ensuring the

highest standards of quality and efficiency for insured members.

The Clinical Quality department focuses on optimizing the value of healthcare services provided to members, ensuring that care is of high quality, safe, and cost-effective.
Daman has a comprehensive medical quality program that evaluates clinical quality of healthcare

providers using claims data and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical care,

member satisfaction, and outcomes.

The departments mandate is to support the ongoing maintenance of the program, update measures

in line with international standards, provide reporting to providers, and link performance to pay-for-

quality initiatives.
