User Experience UX And User Interface UI Specialist

About The Role

Design intuitive, user-centred digital experiences that enhance usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
• Design intuitive and user-centred user interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain design systems, UI standards, and design consistency.
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting user feedback.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design experience.
• Good understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
  
  

• Experience designing enterprise or business applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG or similar).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
