We are looking for an Emirati customer service professional to work in our Uniform store, providing excellent service to Etihad Crew members and other uniform entitlement holders.

You will be responsible for system and physical transactions related to receipt, issuance and timely delivery of Uniforms to crew members.

Accountabilities

  1. Act as the primary front-line contact for uniform entitlement holders, addressing queries related to entitlements and providing guidance on uniform store policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and available prior to uniform issuance, maintaining full compliance with audit requirements.
  3. Coordinate the issuance of appropriate uniforms to entitlement holders, including arranging alterations with tailors and obtaining proper acknowledgment upon delivery.
  4. Enforce strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory principles, monitor aging stock, and escalate concerns to the Uniform Stores Manager to ensure timely utilization.
  5. Manage stock distribution based on availability, ensuring equitable allocation across internal stakeholders and outstations while proactively monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
  6. Monitor and control the movement of internal staff, crew members, third-party personnel, and visitors in accordance with company policies and security regulations.
  7. Support and participate in periodic and random inventory counts, ensuring all SKUs are properly tagged and accounted for.
  8. Optimize the use of storage space within the uniform stores, ensuring clear and safe pathways for material handling operations and maintaining organized stock placement.
  9. Ensure all returned uniforms with Etihad branding are disposed of securely and in full compliance with company safety, security, and procedural requirements.
  10. Maintain high housekeeping standards across all areas, including customer service zones, fitting rooms, and storage facilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree level education
  • Must have excellent Customer Service capabilities gained over a period of not less than 03 years, with a proven track of success in Branded Retail Stores and Distribution Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required. Knowledge in multi-linguistic skills is an added advantage.
  • High computer literacy is required with Oracle or SAP working knowledge will always preferred. Capable in interacting with Senior Manager level.
