As a UI/UX Specialist, you play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and seamless user experiences across our digital products. You will translate user’s needs and expectations into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces. Through your expertise in user research, design thinking, and visual communication, you will shape products that are not only delightful to use but also drive business success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and iterating on designs to ensure optimal usability and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, etc.) to understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to define user experiences and key touchpoints.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts.
• Design user flows, information architecture, and interaction models to enhance user experience.
• Design user interfaces that are both visually appealing and easy to use.
• design user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
• Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across various devices and screen sizes.
• Develop UI style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms and devices.
• Ensure the user interface is visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with developers to implement user-centered design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, and marketers.
• Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and make data-driven design improvements.
• Stay up to date on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.

• A bachelor’s degree in arts, HCI, Information technology or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
