UI UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and professional UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing professional, user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications, with a strong focus on improving user experience and increasing engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design process from research to final handoff to developers
  
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
  
• Create user journey maps, user flows, and wireframes
  
• Design high-fidelity and interactive mockups
  
• Design responsive interfaces for websites and mobile applications
  
• Develop and maintain design systems while ensuring brand consistency
  
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
  
• Identify UX issues and propose data-driven solutions
  
• Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and analytics
  
  
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing real web and mobile projects
  
• Professional proficiency in Figma
  
• Deep understanding of UX principles and usability standards
  
• Experience in building design systems and component libraries
  
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
