Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in PowerPoint (PPT), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Animation, and Newsletters. This role involves designing engaging user experiences, crafting visually compelling presentations, and creating interactive digital content.

The skills must be more towards creating impactful presentation slides. The core skills we are looking are creating content with visual illustrations (e.g. charts, diagrams, etc.). Knowing how to transform complex information into easy-to-understand visuals/slides, simplifying content into clear and concise text, story telling using logical flow etc. UI/UX and graphical design is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Presentation Design: Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations with creative visuals, animations, and storytelling elements.
• Adobe Suite Expertise: Utilize Adobe tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD to design graphics, UI components, and marketing materials.
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Create interactive and animated content to enhance user engagement and presentations.
• Newsletter Design: Design and format newsletters with visually compelling layouts, infographics, and typography to improve readability and engagement.
• User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance UI/UX designs.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for digital products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business goals.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand identity across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and digital content creation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) with advanced design, animation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience in animation and motion graphics using tools like After Effects or similar software.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, usability, and design best practices.
• Experience with wireframing & prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision).
• Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to create engaging newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
