Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality UI designs, prototypes, and visual solutions for digital products.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction designs.
• Ensure design consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems throughout projects.
• Perform usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on design solutions accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to inform and enhance design practices.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Provide design support during implementation, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve user experience.
• Employ data-driven design approaches to enhance usability and user satisfaction consistently.
• Prepare and present design proposals and pitches to stakeholders and clients effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma is required.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles is essential.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability in design.
