Qualifications:
Diploma in Electronics Technology, Communication Technology, Robotics and Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related field.
5+ years of technical experience in drone manufacturing, battery systems, wire harness assembly, and electrical maintenance.
Skilled in smart battery assembly and testing, adhering to high-quality and safety standards.
Proficient in wire harness fabrication and assembly, including soldering, crimping, bundling, and connectorization.
Experienced in drone assembly, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with automated crimping, stripping, and taping machines, as well as digital multimeter testing.
Strong background in electrical systems installation, preventive maintenance, and equipment calibration.
Skilled in integrating sensors, communication systems, and embedded controllers into UAV platforms for real-world operational tasks.
Hands-on hardware diagnostics, calibration, and maintenance of robotics and automation systems.
Innovation and development talents is a must.
Certifications in electrical and electronics maintenance practices.
Trained in drone assembly and harness production under aviation and manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and maintain UAV platforms, including electronic subsystems, batteries, and wiring.
Perform smart battery assembly, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal voltage and load capacity.
Fabricate and assemble wire harnesses following IPC-620A standards for UAV and electrical systems.
Conduct continuity tests and inspections using digital multimeters and automated testers.
Support the integration of electronic components and power distribution systems within UAV frames.
Interpret electrical engineering diagrams and technical layouts to ensure accurate builds and connections.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on UAV electrical and power systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support prototype assembly, testing, and modification.
Maintain proper documentation for assembly, testing, and maintenance procedures.
Ensure all tasks comply with safety standards, quality assurance procedures, and ESD controls.
Participate in field deployments and mission operations, providing hands-on technical support during tests.
Maintain workshop organization, safety compliance, and tool calibration for ongoing R&D activities.
Technical Skills:
Drone Assembly: Mechanical and electrical assembly of UAV platforms.
Smart Battery Assembly: 59V smart battery configuration, testing, and diagnostics.
Wire Harness Fabrication: Crimping, soldering, bundling, and connectorization per IPC standards.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Use of automated testers and multimeters for validation.
Electrical Maintenance: Installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of power systems.
Blueprint Reading: Interpretation of electrical and wiring diagrams.
Tool Operation: Experience using automated harness machines and testing equipment.
Quality Control: Visual inspection, continuity verification, and failure analysis.
Safety Compliance: Ensures adherence to electrical safety and production protocols.
Documentation: Maintains accurate assembly and test records for traceability.
