Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct non-operational ground and flight activities, including Ground Testing (GT), TT, Flight Testing (FT), simulator training (SIM), and equipment testing to maintain fleet serviceability, validate system performance, and enhance UAS operational capability.
  • Perform internal and external UAS flight operations in accordance with approved procedures, supporting ADASIs operational commitments while participating in national and international deployments, exercises, customer demonstrations, and mission activities.
  • Maintain UAS operational currency by completing required flight hours, simulator sessions, recurrent training, and competency assessments to ensure continuous operational readiness and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support miscellaneous Operations (OPS) tasks, including static displays, flight demonstrations, customer evaluations, and special operational assignments to promote ADASI capabilities and meet organizational objectives.
  • Progress toward achieving the minimum Pilot in Command (PIC) qualification requirements established by ADASI to support career development, increased operational responsibility, and broader deployment opportunities.
  • Generate, update, and maintain the Operations Equipment Status System by monitoring the availability, serviceability, and readiness of operational equipment, providing accurate status reports to management to support operational planning and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the development, review, and continuous improvement of local operating procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational documentation to ensure standardization, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and adherence to national and international aviation standards.
  • Participate in development-related ground and flight activities, including system evaluations, testing, validation, and capability enhancement initiatives to support the continuous improvement and operational effectiveness of UAS platforms.
  • Comply with aviation safety requirements, company policies, OEM documentation, and applicable civil and military aviation regulations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, operational discipline, and flight safety.
  • Collaborate effectively with pilots, maintenance personnel, engineers, mission planners, air traffic services, and other stakeholders to ensure the safe, efficient, and successful execution of all assigned operational and developmental activities.
