The Training Manager functions as a key player in developing and enhancing the skills and capabilities of an organization's workforce. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • At least five years of experience in a training management role preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record in organizational development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team and client interactions.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programs across all levels of staff.
  • Familiarity with various learning management systems and e-learning platforms is advantageous.
