Training and Development Manager

The Training and Development Manager oversees the organization's learning and development programs. They assess training needs, design and deliver training programs, and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives. The Training and Development Manager also collaborates with stakeholders to identify organizational development opportunities and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses.
• Conduct training evaluations and gather feedback to improve training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials and resources.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives based on defined metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Assist with the implementation of organizational development strategies and interventions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and design targeted development plans.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  
• Previous experience in training and development or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
