The right control valve selection is based on an understanding of the industry, process and application it will be used in. Their role is to ensure accurate, repeatable and reliable long-lasting flow control performance. We at Valmet understand the conditions under which industrial valves must perform, and help our customers select the right valve for the job.

We are seeking a motivated Engineering Fresh Graduate to join our team in Abu Dhabi as a Technical Sales Trainee. This role offers hands-on experience in engineering processes, project execution, and technical problem-solving within Valmet’s advanced flow control solutions. It is designed to provide structured learning and a clear path for career development.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist during sales process such as proposal preparation, pre-qualification, and post-order documentation for MRO & Projects.
• Support factory/ project teams in implementing engineering procedures and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve delivery timelines and objectives.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during order execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Assist Sales Manager in setting up events and seminars.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental standards in all activities.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with valves, actuators, and flow control systems.
• Basic knowledge of automation and process control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering documentation tools.
