Role OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated Strategy & Transformation Consultants across Manager, Associate Director, and Director levels to lead and deliver high-impact engagements for our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to design strategies, drive large-scale transformation programs, and deliver measurable results across sectors.

Depending on seniority, you will lead workstreams, manage client relationships, oversee teams, and shape strategic initiatives that influence organizational and sectoral outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory & Problem Solving

• Lead the development of strategic insights and recommendations through rigorous analysis, market research, and stakeholder engagement.
• Structure complex business problems into clear frameworks and actionable solutions.
• Design strategies and transformation roadmaps that support organizational growth, efficiency, and innovation.
  
  

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with senior client stakeholders including executives, government leaders, and board members.
• Facilitate workshops, strategic discussions, and decision-making sessions.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor to clients.
  
  

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead project workstreams and ensure delivery of high-quality outputs within timelines.
• Manage multidisciplinary consulting teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Oversee project governance, risk management, and client communication.
  
  

Business Development & Thought Leadership

• Contribute to proposal development and support business development efforts.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and deepen client relationships.
• Support development of intellectual capital, methodologies, and sector insights.
  
  

Team Development

• Mentor and develop junior consultants through coaching and structured feedback.
• Contribute to the growth of the firm’s consulting capability and culture.
  
  

Qualifications

Experience

• Manager: ~6–8 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting.
• Associate Director: ~8–12 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting with strong client leadership experience
• Director: 12+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, leading complex consulting engagements and managing senior client relationships
