Job Purpose

As a Test Finance Admin within UAE - Corporate based in Abu Dhabi, your primary purpose is to support the Finance department by managing essential financial administrative functions that contribute to the organizations overall financial health. You will collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial processes, empowering informed decision-making and streamlined operations.

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate daily financial administrative tasks, including the preparation and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Support variance analysis efforts by gathering and analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies and provide meaningful business insights.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining reporting dashboards that track key financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans and strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial planning and analysis documents, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Maintain effective communication channels within the Finance department and with stakeholders to facilitate seamless exchange of financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while supporting strategic financial advice and decision-making processes.

Qualification

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are advantageous but not required. A strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies is essential. Familiarity with financial planning and analysis tools, reporting software, and dashboard creation is highly preferred.

Additional Qualifications Include:

  • Proven ability to manage financial data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial information and collaborate across departments.
  • Competency in using advanced MS Excel functions, financial ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement within finance operations.

Experience & Skills

You should possess substantial experience in finance administration, budgeting, and financial analysis, ideally within a corporate environment. Experience in driving results through effective financial planning and strategic business partnering is highly valued.
