Job Purpose

As a vital member of the CEO Office at UAE - Provis Corporate, the TEST ASTECO POSITION is responsible for providing strategic financial oversight and business partnership to support effective decision-making. This role focuses on leveraging analytical insights, financial planning, and forecasting to drive organizational success and operational efficiency.

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business priorities.
• Conduct comprehensive variance analysis and generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business insight and strategic decision-making.
• Provide ongoing financial advice and recommendations to optimize resource allocation, cost management, and revenue growth.
• Drive performance management by developing talent and fostering a results-oriented culture within the financial team.
• Act as a trusted business partner to various departments, supporting their financial planning and analysis needs.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to ensure clear understanding of financial results and implications.
  
  

Qualification

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline. A bachelors degree is essential, with a preference for candidates holding a professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent certifications.

Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting principles is required. Familiarity with business reporting tools, dashboards, and advanced Excel functions is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders are critical. The role demands a strategic mindset with the capability to align financial objectives with broader business goals.

Experience & Skills

Candidates should have demonstrable experience in strategic financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment, preferably in a similar leadership or senior financial analyst role.

Proven expertise in performance management, business partnering, and delivering variance analysis is expected. Familiarity managing budgets and forecasting in dynamic business settings is important.

Skills in driving results through talent development, decision quality, and providing strategic financial advice are essential. Competence in creating comprehensive reporting frameworks and dashboards that inform executive decisions is highly valued.
