Job Title: Test_Analyst_Manual Payments

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose

• Involved in analyzing the requirements, preparing test scenarios and test cases, Checklists, guidelines and execute test cases with respect to finalized FSD, Impact analysis and technical specification
• Preparation of Testing Artifacts and deliverables
• Defect reporting, organizing defect triage call involving all the Stakeholders and tracking till defect closure
• Well acquainted knowledge in Software testing life cycle, Defect life cycle, Testing methodologies and Testing models
• Profound knowledge and working experience in Domestic and Cross border Payments applications like Intellect Payment STP, Payment hub, UAEFTS, SWIFT Alliance, MT and MX ISO messages, UAE IPI, NPSS-IPP, BPM, Core banking Informatica Powercenter and BDM
• Working with Head of Testing to ensure that all applications are free from defects and meet business requirements before their release into production environment.
• Ensuring the availability of related test environment applications and Integrated Systems required for Software Testing.
  
  

• Functional testing experience on Domestic Payments , Instant Payments, Cross border Payments
• Have experience working on Payment Hub, UAEFTS, UAEIPI, SWIFT Alliance, MT and MX ISO Messages, Informatica Power Centre and BDM
• Preparing Test scripts, Test Scenarios, Test cases, Test execution, and report submission
• Acquainted with SDLC and STLC
• Involved in Regression Testing, Tracking logs, and Reporting.
• Delivering the task within the stringent timelines
• Documentation of the test results
• Good experience working in Agile and Waterfall Testing Methodology
• Escalate / mitigate the risks and resolves issues that affect release schedule and quality pro-actively.
• Execute test cases of respective applications to ensure application are delivered on time and meet expectations.
• Logging of defects in JIRA and tracking till the closure of the Defect.
• Actively update and track the pending issues to reduce the Defect Spillover.
• Verifying and validating supporting documents like business requirements, user stories Implementation Specification, Impact Analysis Documents, etc
• Perform Sanity testing, SIT and UAT.
• Ensure test coverage and quality of application releases, projects, enhancements, and bug fixes are in place and respective testing suits are also developed as appropriate.
• Escalate / mitigate the risks and resolves issues that affect release schedule and quality pro-actively.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in Banking domain and Payment domain
• Working experience in agile and waterfall methodologies
• Experience in Domestic and Cross border payments, Direct Debits, SWIFT Alliance, Retail Banking, Compliance screening, Informatica Powercenter and BDM,
• Experience in analyzing the requirements, preparing test scenarios, preparing test cases, defect discovery.
• Work experience in banking or financial domain.
• Experienced in Requirement Analysis and Impact Assessments.
• Experienced in Preparing RTM and Test Cases.
• Good experience in Defect Management and Reporting.
• Good knowledge in SDLC and Testing Life Cycles and methodologies.
• Capable of completing the targeted test execution on time
• Capable validating Expected vs Actual Results.
• Good Communication Skills and Soft skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
• Demonstrated effective quality personnel and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of banking processes.
