Job Title: Test_Analyst_Manual Retail_Apps

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose

• Participating the activities of the Software Testing quality control gates in a manner that confidentiality, integrity, availability, accountability, and legal compliance is maintained, ITD infrastructure.
• Participate bank testing cycles process including projects and business as usual with cost effective plans and methodologies.
• Working with Head of Testing to ensure that all ADIB applications are free from defects and meet business requirements before their release into production environment.
• Ensuring the availability of related test environment applications and Integrated Systems required for Software Testing.
  
  

• Functional Testing professional with 10+ years of experience with proven track record in the field of Software Testing & Quality Assurance for Card Management Systems like Prime Ver 4, Online Ver 4, Fraud Guard 4, POS Terminal Reconciliation, Cards 24 Syatem, Terminal Management System and Reporting systems
• Experienced in Debit and Credit card related transactions Testing.
• Highly experienced in Testing of POS devices, validating Authorization and Switches, Simulators, POS / Terminal Management Systems.
• Highly experienced in Testing of online processes, Card Payments, Utility Payments, etc.
• Proficiency in analyzing and validating testing requirements.
• Technical validation with hands on experience in Putty, SSH Shell
• SQL Developer Citrix, and Crystal Reports.
• Highly experienced in Preparing validating RTM, Test Cases, Test Plan and Test Closure documents.
• Experienced in Requirement Analysis and Impact Assessments.
• Application and Package deployment capabilities in data base and application servers.
• Communication Management and Negotiation skills with Business users, vendor & application support team for the test execution and update, discrepancies in package, defect and documentation.
• Highly experienced in version control and monitoring of package deliverables and retrospectives.
• Good experience in Team Building and Mentoring
• Highly experienced in Preparing effort estimation, capacity planning, metrics & reports, dashboards and reporting the status of the changes.
  
  

• 10 years of experience in Software testing.
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or Engineering or equivalent in IT related.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and honestly in dealing with difficult issues.
• Good Knowledge of IT systems, quality and software testing tools and Quality Control techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to bring benefits of IT to solve business issues while managing costs and risk.
• Formal training in Software Testing and IT quality control practices preferred.
• Knowledge in Card Acquiring Merchant and card issuing domain.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
• Demonstrated effective quality personnel and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of banking processes.
